The swords have SUPER slowed me down, but I'm not beat in this battle for the tarot card deck yet! I like quite a few things about this, and made an effort to simple it down a little bit, to relax and just draw. It helped. I think more cards will happen now that I have a new one done.

Six of swords is about travel, fear, abandonment, and treacherous water. Danger, mostly.

I'll link this to all the others at a later date.

I think the SOS boat looks too cartoonish and is not necessary. The image is expressive enough, or you can still make a statement about the treacherous waters by using the silhouette of some unknown creature under the surface?
Glad to see you're carrying on with these! :D

oh, I WAY like that idea, and I'm gonna run with it - having some unknown, terrifying creature under the surface of the water in black silhouette. The boat was all I could think of at the time and I agree it's cheesy and doesn't fit! Thank you for the idea, and the encouragement.

And as far as I'm concerned, I'm not done with my deck until it's all actually complete! <3

It's interesting how you've combined the themes of travel and fear and such!
